I forwarded the information about Winnipeg's traffic circles to best selling author Tom Vanderbilt. It is featured on his website under Roundaboutgate in Winnipeg.

Initially, he took the position that Winnipeggers needed to learn how to use the traffic circles. He revised his position later on and said he didn't know the city and what the differences were compared to Seattle.
