What exactly is "first-class" and what exactly does it cost? Moreover, who pays for it?
Sam Katz promises the stadium will be first-class but it remains a mystery who will pay for any cost overruns to keep it first-class.
I believe in a new stadium but I am not convinced that the budget for it is what we will see in the end.

The issue is not a new stadium. They should cancel the deal and have a one year consult as to what people want and are prepared to pay for.
